A Spring of Longings

Onyeka Nwelue is a Nigerian filmmaker, publisher, talk-show host, author, academic visitor and founder of the James Currey Society, at the African Studies Centre, University of Oxford and a Visiting Scholar to the Centre of African Studies in the University of Cambridge. He is the Dean of the School of Cinematographic Studies at Université Queensland in Haiti. The Akachi Ezeigbo Prize for Literature is funded by The Nwelue Trust and Abibiman Publishing.
